Gay Youth Suicide rates in New Zealand

LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) youth suicide rates in New Zealand are considerably higher than those of heterosexual youth and considerably higher than those in other countries, and now reasearch is showing a direct link between anti-gay bullying/homophobia to LGBT suicide. What can we do in our society to change these alarming figures? Something must be done.
