Entrepreneurial Education

Onehunga High, great step, right direction. Why not introduce entrepreneurship to the national curriculum?

Having students read / study / develop case studies about NZ brands and companies that they admire will open them up to learning that 1) success benefits everyone and that 2) making mistakes is part of success.

Let's connect our students with our World Class Kiwis who can mentor, inspire and encourage entire classes via live video conference, webinars and podcasts.

Our education system helps to establish culture and needs to adapt and align itself with a future of work which I believe will be more entrepreneurial, flexible and sustainable.

"Not too sure if it's still being run, but one of the best High School classes I took involved the nationwide Youth Enterprise Scheme (YES), this taught students key management and team skills needed in businesses today."
