Demand better nutrition labeling

Right now, producers do not have to break down ingredients if it constitutes less than 5% of the total food product, leading to unhelpful labeling. Chemical compounds are hidden under the less threatening sounding "preservatives" or "natural colors." Forcing food manufacturers to break down these labels and list chemical compounds can increase consumer awareness about what potentially harmful chemicals are in our food and allow those with allergies to make more informed food choices. In other words, scare people into eating right instead of hiding bad ingredients under ambiguous and unhelpful generic titles.
