If you don't like the added folic acid, buy those breads. many (like 57) other advanced economies have already experimented on their population for you - for a couple of decades - so you can rest assured all it is going to do is save some babies and their families from difficult lives. NZ Paediatrics association supports this move. Why don't you? Bakers just don't like the costs, they are happy to 'mass medicate' with iodine, perhaps because it doesn't involve additional equipment. Australian bakers didn't complain, because they are already required to have the measuring equipment. This is an economic self-interest public relations campaign and you got sucked in.
