Don't break the law

Simply put, don't speed, don't run red lights, don't be reckless.

It sounds simple because it is. Everyone with a license has to sit the same test, follow the same rules. At the very least expect that if you break the law, then you can face the consequence. i know if i park illegally i take a risk. if i get a ticket....realistically i cannot blame a quota, draconian parking wardens or anyone but myself.
