I got hit by a simillar issue when I was made redundant from my job.... and found other just like myself... cause it was cheaper... then found out that it was all cheaper overseas... what did I do?.... Started and outsourcing company (www.beckstones.co.nz) right here in Auckland... to keep jobs here and to offer B2B solutions right here....
Amazingly, instead of taking off here... it seems to be generating so much more interest from overseas... =).... in 2010 it will begin to take off here too... I think this is a great solution...
