Can we not just force the government to step in by us demonstrating. Whenever the police go on television about the ticketing issue, they always flatly deny that there is any sort of quota, despite the leaked emails.

The police are here for US to protect and keep law, those who speed obsessively - the dangerous few can be obviously noted to be speeding even without the need for radar guns, which makes the radar guns specifically there to help the police catch those who are only just over the limit so that they can be confident enough to fine somebody and fill their quota!!!
Highway patrol is there for catching people who speed on the motorways, so why do ordinary cops have to get a quota too? Shift the priority off the quota system so that they can make room and time for REAL police work that keeps our streets safe!
