"If you're an employee, suggest this to your boss. Talk up the potential benefits: increased morale and camaraderie, increased productivity due to pumped up adrenaline and endorphins, and overall long-term increased productivity with fitter, healthier workers. Let them know that the cost of an hour or two per week will be made back in spades by the benefits. If you get a bit of push-back, suggest to trial it for a few weeks so they're able to see the benefits themselves. Another alternative..."
